Michael S. Kopple

Michael is the fighter, the frontline warrior that will fight for you. Sometimes you can settle and get fair compensation for what they’ve done. Sometimes you need to go to trial to because they simply won’t accept responsibility. When that happens, you need to know your lawyers are not afraid to go trial.

Michael has tried over 90 cases in front of juries. He lives for it and is ready to go the distance for you.

Michael finished law school at UC Davis in 1997. He began working as a public defender, helping people that had been accused of crimes but could not afford a private attorney. Later, he applied his criminal trial experience to civil cases.

Now he helps people who have been wronged but cannot afford the legal help.

Michael continues to sharpen his trial skills, having graduated from Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers college in Wyoming and the CAALA Plaintiff Trial Academy.

Michael is married with children.
