Joshua L. Kopple
Joshua will probably be the first person you speak with when you call and the last person when your case is all over. Joshua is the tactician who will find the best way to move your case through the court system and show the other side that they hurt you and that they really need to compensate you.
Before partnering with his brother Michael, Joshua worked at Proskauer Rose LLP, an Am Law 100 law firm with 700 lawyers in 13 offices across the world. Most of the time, he focused on complex commercial litigation matters, including bankruptcy, derivatives and securities class action litigation.
Joshua graduated from UCLA Law School in the top ten percent of his class. During law school, he externed for federal district court judge, the Honorable Gary R. Klausner. Before school, Joshua worked in the movie business for about 10 years, including working at a studio (New Line Cinema), an agency (William Morris) and making behind-the-scenes featurettes for independent films.
Joshua is married with children.
